Hello! I can’t tell you how much I adore that you are here and would like to practice with me, however I am currently taking some time off for maternity leave and I will be back later in the year with one off extended classes, day retreats and of course my Sri Lanka retreat in Feb 2027.
The best way to keep up to date with new offerings is by following me on social media and/or sign up to my newsletter at the bottom if this page, where you’ll also receive some FREE online classes x
Which yoga practice is right for you?
-
A slow and gentle Hatha yoga practice with a focus on soothing the nervous system as well as building strength, having a good stretch and finding deep relaxation & restoration.
Expect a focus on Pranayama (breathwork) and yogic philosophy alongside the Asana (movement) practice, with somatic tools woven in to harness a sense of steadiness, grounding and balance in mind, body & spirit.
Welcoming beginners to yoga and anyone looking to wind down from a busy week.
-
An open-level, deliciously strong and fluid meditative krama vinyasa movement practice, with options to bring more fire to your practice or to soften and find more ease.
We explore pranayama and take longer to rest in savansana, with yoga nidra, mini massages and sounds bowls, emphasising peace and calm in body and mind. Options are always offered throughout, allowing you to take your practice in your chosen direction.
What to bring…
All mats and equipment are provided at each studio space, but of course, if you have your own and you prefer to use that then you are very welcome.
You might like to bring a small towel and a bottle of water.
What to wear…
There is no ‘uniform’ and you really don’t have to have any fancy yoga clothes, just wear something comfy that you can move freely in. We tend to practice barefoot but this isn’t a requirement at all.
Your Mindset
Try not to worry about getting it ‘wrong’ or not being flexible enough to do yoga. Come with an open mind to try something new.
