Yoga With Eliana
About Me
I first found a regular yoga practice through my work as an architect. I was in search of something to help reduce work-related stress and anxiety that I was experiencing, which led me to the breathwork and mindful movement mediation aspect of yoga, which had a profound impact on me.
When I began my yoga journey, I felt overwhelmed by the choice of classes, teachers and styles on offer. I felt completely out of my depth when I did join as some classes were fast-paced alongside other students who had much more flexibility than I did. When I eventually found the right classes for me it was a relief and a joy but it took a bit of trial and error.
When I qualified as a yoga teacher, I wanted to offer a space that I felt was missing for me when I first started practising yoga - a truly accessible yoga class for beginners, where everyone is welcome no matter their age, ability, sexual orientation, race or body type. I offer an opportunity to build confidence in a studio environment, by allowing time to break down key yogic teachings in a playful way and building the foundations of a rounded yoga practice.
My Yoga Offerings
I teach weekly yoga classes in Bristol, catered for beginners and all abilities. Each class is different, ranging from Gentle Yoga, to a Slow & Strong session and then a more Dynamic Flow class for those who are looking for a faster-paced practice.
For those looking to build on the foundations of yoga, I offer in-person and online yoga courses as well.
I also run yoga retreats in and around Bristol, the South West, and abroad.
