



Mental Health Awareness Week Wellbeing Workshop
Lunch time yoga, breathwork & wellbeing session for your workplace.
12th - 16th May 2025
An empowering session that guides you through conscious yogic movement and breathwork practices to help you re-establish the connection between your body and your mind.
These ancient yogic practices are proven to restore balance in the nervous system from dysregulation to regulation, supporting mental health and overall wellbeing. You'll learn tools to help you to find a state of clarity and calmness and to cope better with moments of stress and anxiety.
All are welcome to this session, no previous Yoga experience necessary or fancy yoga clothes or even a yoga mat. Participants to be advised to wear something comfy that they can move freely in.
Sessions to be held at your work place if you have a suitable space and are within a 30minute drive from Bristol city centre. Yoga mats for up to 20 can be provided if you have parking available. Time of session can be flexible depending on your needs, standard booking is for 1-2pm if you have a different preferred time please get in touch.
