One To One Yoga Sessions

A private bespoke yoga session, or ongoing sessions, to support you to develop in your personal Yoga practice and find empowerment.

1-2-1 Yoga

A unique, safe and supportive experience tailored for you. Together, we will unfold your specific intentions and goals for the sessions, whether seeking to focus on particular physical or emotional health issues; support overal wellbeing; build and strengthen an already existing dynamic practice; develop a personalised practice as a beginner; or deepen your understanding of how Yoga can best serve your personal needs.

Sometimes a 1 hour yoga class just isn’t long enough to go deep into this vast practice. This private 1-2-1 offering can provide you with a bit more space to ask tailored questions and dive deeper into any aspect of yoga that you want to explore and to get hands-on guidance and bespoke tips.

This can be held online or in person in one of Bristol’s wonderful studios as a one-off 1 hour session (£65) or a 5 session block-booking (£50/1 hour session). All sessions incur an additional fee for the studio hire (£20/hour).

I accept only two regular private 1-2-1 students at a time, so please get in touch to find out my availability.
